Collins & Collins, LLC is a firm which specializes in the representation of the credit union industry with respect to the investigation and pursuit of fidelity bond claims, as well as associated litigation support and the general representation of credit unions. We are a woman-owned firm and a member of the Small Business Administration’s Woman-Owned Small Business Program.

We have experience preparing and submitting bond claims on behalf of credit unions, as well as acting as bond claim investigators for fidelity insurers. Our experience from both perspectives allows us to provide a unique insight into the investigation, preparation and submission of all types of fidelity bond claims.

As litigators, our attorneys have a track record of success in complex commercial and civil litigation. We have a broad range of experience representing both insurers and credit unions in actions against third-party professionals in professional liability suits, as well as insurance coverage, subrogation and commercial disputes.
