Brian has practiced in fidelity law and commercial and civil litigation since joining Collins & Collins in 2018. In his litigation practice, Brian represents credit union and business clients in disputes involving fidelity insurance coverage issues, insurance “bad faith” litigation, business torts and breach of contract issues. Brian has appeared pro hac vice in multiple jurisdictions, working with local counsel and expert witnesses. Brian has represented business and individual clients on a variety of legal matters, including bankruptcy proceedings on behalf of creditors, property rights, wire fraud, personal injury, wrongful death and criminal defense. 

Brian has handled fidelity bond claims throughout the country on behalf of insured credit unions, engaging him in a variety of fidelity-related coverage issues. Brian has also facilitated successful mergers between credit unions by ensuring that all statutory and regulatory requirements are satisfied with local, state and federal agencies.
