Drew’s practice focuses primarily on fidelity law and financial institution regulation and compliance.  Drew represents credit unions in fidelity bond claims throughout the country; including investigating complex financial losses, preparing coverage analyses, representing credit union clients throughout an insurer’s investigation of the claim and negotiating settlements. 

Drew advises credit union clients on operational compliance, vendor contracts, policy and procedure drafting, mergers, business disputes and bankruptcy matters.  He provides guidance in connection with risk assessment, regulations, business transactions and member relations. He also conducts internal investigations on behalf of credit union Board of Directors and/or Supervisory Committee members.

Drew also advises corporate and individual clients on a range of commercial matters and business disputes.
