Patrice Collins
Patrice practices primarily in the fields of fidelity law and general representation of credit unions. She represents credit unions and credit union conservators and liquidating agents in fidelity bond claims throughout the country. Her practice includes investigating complex financial losses, working with forensic accountants and loan experts, preparing coverage analyses, representing credit unions throughout an insurer’s investigation of the claim and negotiating settlements.
Patrice represents credit union clients in all manner of disputes involving fidelity insurance coverage issues, insurance “bad faith” litigation, vendor management and malpractice litigation. She has appeared pro hac vice as trial counsel in numerous jurisdictions overseeing local counsel and expert witnesses.
Patrice also acts as outside corporate counsel to credit union clients, providing guidance on fidelity, director’s & officer’s and other insurance coverages, regulatory compliance and vendor relations.
In addition, Patrice represents business and personal clients in general litigation matters.
